TRAINING

YOU NEED A TEAM YOU CAN TRUST

TEACHERS WHO’VE BEEN THROUGH IT

We've been teaching English pronunciation for over 15 years to hundreds of students with varying language backgrounds. That not only gives us a ton of patience, but helps us understand exactly what you’re struggling with and exactly how we can help you improve.

And we're only getting better.

A PROVEN PATH TO SUCCESS

Once we identify which speech patterns need work, we let you know how to change them. We make this super easy through a unique system where we use the phonetics of your native language to help you sound native in English.

FEEDBACK THAT WORKS

While kids pick up accents easily, adults need clear and thoughtful feedback to improve their pronunciation. We’ll show you where your tongue goes, how to think about producing the sound, and everything else you need to master English pronunciation.

OUR CURRICULUM

WEEK 1: VOWEL SOUNDS

Deep dive into the nuanced vowel sounds of American English and compare them to vowel sounds in your language. Connect with our unique color-coded system that will help you pinpoint where to focus your practice. Learn with our personal word lists and PDF guides.

WEEK 2: CONSONANT SOUNDS

Learn to distinguish letters from sounds, and break the habit of reading with the pronunciation of your native language. Discover how aspiration, voicing, and clustering play a role in your overall accent when speaking English

WEEK 3: RHYTHM / LINKING / PROSODY

The most important features of the language are patterns of stress, word connection (parcing) and intonation. When combined, you start to develop a unique identity in the language, and you begin to express yourself more naturally, getting out more words per phrase and even making better decisions with vocabulary. This shows a certain level of mastery and allows you to create deeper connections with other native speakers.

WEEK 4: REVIEW

We look back on our 'tips of the day' (which start off each lesson) and other lessons around pronunciation and word choice from the month. We'll answer your personal language questions and we'll always address the biggest concerns we see based on our weekly practice and feedback videos. A great chance to remove any doubts!
